After the success of last year, our 100 Mile Challenge will be taking place again in January 2022!
This challenge is a good one as you can decide how you complete the 100 miles and where you would like to do it.
You can run, walk, cycle, swim, or even skip to complete the distance of 100 miles. The challenge is over 4 weeks or you can choose to extend it to 6-8 weeks.
It is a great excuse to get a group of colleagues, friends, or family together to motivate each other during the month of January to get out of the house, have daily exercise, and also lots of fresh air! The benefits of this challenge are fantastic!
We will supply all of our Challenge 100 sign-ups with a free t-shirt and any fundraising support or training plans you might need.
