Epilepsy Scotland has a free confidential helpline service. We are committed to providing a high quality service. This includes making our information as accessible as possible. For some people text (or SMS) is a quick and convenient way to get in touch.
We answer the same type of questions by text as we do by phone. For example questions on:
You can send a text at anytime of day or night. We reply to text messages during the helpline’s normal opening hours. Our friendly helpline staff are available Monday to Friday from 10am to 4.30pm (excluding local and national holidays).
You will be charged at your standard network rate to send us a text. You will not be charged for the reply.
