Courses
Our courses are aimed at organisations who employ or support people with epilepsy.
We offer a bespoke training service aimed at the needs of organisations from schools, colleges, universities, health, housing, social work and community care, public and private companies.
The topics we cover include:
- Epilepsy - prevalence, incidence, diagnosis and classification of seizures
- Treatment of epilepsy - medication, surgical and alternative treatments
- Living with epilepsy - Disability equality, quality of life issues, information and advice
- Organisational policy design
- Specific group needs - women, older people, newly diagnosed
We can deliver courses using our training facilities or organisations can commission courses 'in house' for up to 15 participants.
