Online seizure diary

Seizure Tracker is an easy to use online tool to record seizures, anti-epileptic drugs and appointment schedules. Setting up a new account is free.

The account can be used to log and track seizure activities via a simple calendar interface from a computer or mobile. This information can also be turned into charts and graphs which can help track the relationship between medication and seizures. It can also be useful to take along to review appointments with a specialist.
