Training rooms for hire

Epilepsy Scotland has training suites for hire in both Glasgow and Edinburgh. As a training provider we understand the specific requirement that you would expect from a training venue. Our training rooms are fully accessible and equipped to high standards.

We will provide you with a detailed map and easy to follow directions which you can pass on to your delegates. Our friendly reception staff will greet people on the day so you can prepare for your course in a pressure free environment.

Glasgow Facilities

Our Glasgow office has a well equipped, multi media boardroom. This room is ideal for meetings or training and can comfortably seat a maximum of 20 people around tables. The room is light and spacious and is on the ground floor. The building is fully accessible, including an accessible toilet.

You can reach us easily by public transport. Our Glasgow office is 10 minutes walk from Kinning Park underground station, 2 minutes walk from major bus routes to and from the city centre and a 25 minute walk from Glasgow Central train station. If you choose to drive, we are close to the M8 motorway (Junction 21) and have a large car park. We can provide you with a detailed map and directions for you to pass on to your delegates.

Edinburgh Facilities

Our Edinburgh training suite is located close to the city centre. The room is perfect for meetings or training, and can seat a maximum of 15 delegates. The room is bright and newly refurbished. It is fully equipped to meet all your training needs. There is ground floor wheelchair access from Queensferry Road and an accessible toilet. The office is a 15 minute walk from Haymarket train station, or a 25 minute walk from Waverly train station. By bus it is 5 minutes from the West End. There is also car parking space available for visitors.

Costs for both training venues

Room Hire per hour £12.50

Room Hire per day (09.00 to 17.00) £75

Weekends: Room Hire per day (09.00 – 17.00): £100

Weekends: Room Hire per hour £15

There is an additional charge for equipment.

Any profit made from the hire of our training facilities helps us fund the essential work of our charity.
