Potential problem with new form
One of our Helpline callers has experienced problems with the new form NCT003 (letter to be signed by consultant). This new form was introduced by Transport Scotland in March 2008 and is proof of entitlement for a free bus pass. However, one of the council offices in Fife was unaware of the new form and refused to accept it. We contacted Transport Scotland and they made the office aware of the new form.
