This Outreach Service is available in Greater Glasgow and the surrounding areas. It is for adults (aged 16 and above) who require support because they have a disability including:

Outreach workers are trained in using counselling skills to assist people to work out for themselves what they want now and in the future. Outreach workers use planning tools to enable service users to examine their current situation, plan for the future, set goals and make the changes they want in their lives.
Our outreach workers receive training to support people with different types of epilepsy, and are able to administer emergency epilepsy medication if required.

The service can be funded through Individual Budgets, Direct Payments or private arrangements.
