How to book

Everything you need to make your application

Demand for our caravan is likely to be high, particularly during school holidays, so make sure you get your application form in early. The caravan is available to individuals and families where an individual or family member has a disability and would not otherwise be able to afford a holiday, whether working or not. The caravan is available for weekly bookings (Friday to Friday) from March to October. There is a non-refundable £90 administration fee that all individuals and families are required to pay.
 

As part of the application process, you will need to nominate someone who knows you well, such as a health professional, teacher or social worker, who will act as a referee for you and can support your application.  We will then get in touch with your referee and discuss your application.

Completed applications can be emailed to caravan@epilepsyscotland.org.uk or posted to Jacqui Telfer, Epilepsy Scotland, SPACE, Room 21, 11 Harewood Road, Edinburgh EH16 4NT. Once you have submitted your application to us, you should hear from us within 28 days to let you know whether your application has been successful.
