Zip slide across the Clyde for Epilepsy Scotland
On Sunday 11 May over 100 people will take part in our Giant Zip Slide across the Clyde to help raise funds for Epilepsy Scotland! You can take part in the zip slide by raising just £100 in sponsorship.
What is a zip slide?
You will start your thrilling descent from a point 100ft above the ground and will slide, fully harnessed, down a special zip wire covering a staggering horizontal distance of up to 630ft! The crane lifting you to the elevated point will be situated at the SECC, on the walkway next to the river.
How do I reserve my place?
Simply complete the booking form and reserve your place with a £20 booking deposit on registration. This is to help us cover the cost of hiring equipment.
This will secure your place and subsequently you will receive full sponsor pack, including sponsor forms and tips to help you raise the minimum sponsorship amount, a map to the venue and confirmation of your place.
On the day of the event we ask you to provide the balance of your sponsorship money (£100). This cheque can be postdated by up to four weeks to allow time to collect your sponsorship money.
Can people sponsor me online ?
Yes ! Epilepsy Scotland has worked with JustGiving to enable you to collect sponsorship online.
