- To sustain an effective, supportive and financially secure organisation

- Support everyone involved in the organisation to understand and implement our strategic aims and objectives
- Ensure we have an up to date and vibrant operational plan that reflects our strategic direction
- Ensure our organisations processes are accountable and transparent
- Ensure Epilepsy Scotland maintains best practice in personnel, financial and administrative systems in line with national policy and current legal requirements
- Allocate resources for training of staff and volunteers
- Develop and maintain sound financial and administration systems
- Avoid being reliant on one source of funding, whether statutory, public or private
